Anna Grocholsky founded Patent Sense in 2011. She is a materials scientist who worked in industry where her career led her into Intellectual Property.
Before Patent Sense, Anna worked at Sydney University in business development, then as IP Manager, establishing the inaugural IP Unit. There she managed the University of Sydney’s sizeable IP portfolio. Some of her responsibilities were IP and commercialisation planning, finance and budget modelling, and post-agreement compliance.
Today Anna holds the position of Director, Commercialisation and Innovation at Macquarie University where she is proud to have the opportunity to promote innovations generated within the Macquarie University research community and to foster commercialisation partnerships by engaging with an entrepreneurial spirit.
